I call BS on the Unintentional BS

A number of DoD officials, including the SecDef Ash Carter and General Townsend have both called for regime change, and there have been numerous reports that much of the officer corps feels the same way.

It is clear that the military is at best perfunctory in its attempts to avoid collateral damage against Syrian troops.
